About

Eleven years in one classroom

Career Booster opened in Mandua in 2015 with one room and a blackboard. The idea was simple: a student in Keonjhar preparing for a bank or SSC exam should not have to move to Bhubaneswar or Cuttack to be taught properly.

Eleven years later we run daily batches for Banking, SSC, Railway, OSSC, OSSSC, OPSC and teaching examinations. We keep batches under thirty students so every doubt gets answered the same day, and we publish every selection on the board outside — because that is the only number that really matters.

Most of our students are the first in their family to attempt a government examination. That shapes how we teach: slowly at the start, with the basics rebuilt properly, and then relentlessly on practice.

How we work

The things we do not compromise on.

Batches capped at 30

Small enough that the teacher knows your name, your weak chapter and your last test score.

A full-length test every week

Mock every Sunday, batch ranking published Monday morning. You always know where you stand.

Doubt hour, every single day

The last hour of the day is kept free for doubts. No appointment, no waiting for the next class.

Printed material included

Chapter notes, formula sheets and previous-year papers are in the fee. Nothing is sold separately.

Odisha-specific coverage

State GK, Odia language and OSSC/OPSC patterns taught properly, not treated as an afterthought.

Fee in installments

Pay in two, three or four parts. A receipt for every payment, whether cash or online.

An air-conditioned classroom

Three hours of class in a Keonjhar summer is hard work. The main hall is air-conditioned and properly lit, so the afternoon batch stays as sharp as the morning one.

Taught on a projector

Data interpretation tables, puzzles and previous-year papers go up on the screen, so the whole batch works the same question at the same time instead of copying it down first.

A computer lab on site

Eight machines for the computer awareness syllabus, typing practice, and sitting mocks on a screen the way the real exam is taken.

Sit in one class before you pay a rupee.

Walk in any day between 9 AM and 7 PM, or book a slot and we will keep a seat for you.
